Q: Can I have a sample order for Powder Coating?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q: Can we customize our own colors?
A: Yes, you can give us your samples, and then we can make the same color according to your samples.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks, for order quantity more than 10 tons, it needs about 20 weekdays.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for powder coating order?
A: Low MOQ, 1kg for sample checking is available.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-6 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

Q: How to proceed an order for powder coating?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application (For indoor or outdoor use, etc.). Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly, we arrange the production.

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on packaging? Is OEM available?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We provide OEM powders as customers require.

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
