Description of Product
Powder coatings are mixed with a certain proportion of the resin, fillers, curing agents and other additives, then prepared by hot extrusion ,crushed and sieved. The products are stable at room temperature storage, then baking heat melted and solidified to form a smooth and bright permanent coating to achieve the purpose of decoration and corrosion.
It is suitable for metal/ iron/ aluminum surface of each indoor product such as furniture, electrical appliance, industrial equipment, sports equipment, hardware, shop tool rack and lamps and lanterns etc.
1).Production workshop set up in 1989, leading powder coating supplier with rich experience in China.
2). 4 Factories in total. Three are Powder Coating Production Bases, one is Nano-Dryplating Spraying Base.
16 Production Lines. 5 Bonding Lines. 9 Sample Lines.
Annual Capacity reaches 10,000 Tons.
3). Nano-Dryplating Silver Chrome Effect Powder Coating is identified as Guangdong High-Tech Product.
