PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Powder coatings are mixed with a certain proportion of the resin, fillers, curing agents and other additives, and then prepared by hot extrusion, crushed and sieved. The products are stable at room temperature storage, and then baking heat melted and solidified to form a smooth and bright permanent coating to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

1. Raw materials: Internal and External Test before taking delivery of every raw material to make sure they are all qualified without any heavy metal substance.
2. During Production: Every production has a spray booth, spot check the powder every 1-2 hours to guarantee stable quality.
3. Finished Product: The QC keeps 100g from each batch of mass production, so that we could act quickly when we receive feedbacks from our clients and solve the problems efficiently.
4. Traceability: Standard Panels for every batch of production for 5 years. Kept sample powder for 24 months.

A : Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 10 tons, needs about 20 week days.

 

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for powder coating order?

A: Low MOQ, 1kg for sample checking is available

 

Q: How to proceed an order for powder coating?
